It increases the rate of production of neutral antihydrogen from antiprotons and positrons by a factor of 8. It doesn't increase the efficiency of production of antiprotons, which is the extremely inefficient, energy intensive part.

in other news a cern, they are gathering up
all of there missplaced and discarded blocks, so that they can play with them again, but as some blocks weighs 15000kg's and were left burried in random spots, it's not your average play date.
one of the things that the anti hydrogen production is bieng used for is as a test mass in a gravitation experiment, which definitly has the wooo!, good idea factor!
