It seems like if one is not an insider, one is the sucker on these prediction markets, though it’s difficult to parse the stat he gave about Polymarket’s two million users with 740 making 2/3 of winning bets - how many of the users are profiting? The coinbase exec fixing the game should have invalidated all those bets.
