I have a hard time believing kids actually are wanting this thing.
Parents wanting it for their kids, sure. But every kid would rather have an iPhone.

Overpriced toy by some unscrupulous entrepreneurs seeking to cash in on parents' worries about social media and conservatism. If the kids are doing what we did when we were young everything is ok. Lol.
But simulating a world gone by does nothing to prepare them for the dangers of the real world today. That's what really should be done. But that's hard and not a quick buck.

My kids have an Ooma landline and haven't gotten bored with it yet. It's been months. The hype is real.
