I can't wait for my tax dollars to pay the trillions of dollars in damages to these state when they rule that Trump had no authority to do this and have to pay back all lost revenue.
I mean If I could choose where that Trillion dollars of wasted money went, I'd give myself free healthcare.

The article should name Trump, a trump child, or an admin member directly as the planner or director of the planning. The Trump admin is the only real US government actor, and sometimes the higher level members of the admin are free lancing, so it really helps contextualize by naming the actor.
